Khambhoja, learned advocate appears for respondent\tNos. 1 to 5.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tInterim<br \/>\nrelief granted earlier stands confirmed on condition that\tthe<br \/>\napplicant deposits the entire awarded amount, if not already<br \/>\n\tdeposited, with the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from<br \/>\n\ttoday. On deposit of the said amount, 70% of the same shall<br \/>\nbe\tinvested in the name of the Nazir of the Tribunal with<br \/>\na\tnationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and<br \/>\non\tmaturity shall be renewed by one year at a time without<br \/>\nany\tfurther orders in<br \/>\nthis regard till the disposal of the appeal. The\tFixed Deposit<br \/>\nReceipt shall be retained with the Nazir of the\tTribunal. The<br \/>\nperiodical interest that may be accrued on the said\tdeposit shall be<br \/>\npaid to the concerned respondents-original\tclaimants pending this<br \/>\nappeal. The claimants are permitted to\twithdraw 30%<br \/>\nof the balance of the awarded amount as directed\tby the Tribunal by<br \/>\nAccount Payee cheque which will be adjusted\tat the time of disposal<br \/>\nof the appeal.
