SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                 -----------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)NO. 22875 OF 2006\n               ---------------------------------------\n          DATED THIS THE 23rd DAY OF JULY, 2007\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner has approached this Court complaining that the 6th<\/p>\n<p>respondent runs his toddy shop in violation of the Distance Rule. The<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the 6th respondent submits that the 6th respondent<\/p>\n<p>has already shifted the toddy shop.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I have heard the learned Government pleader also. The<\/p>\n<p>learned Government pleader submits that because of the violation of<\/p>\n<p>the Distance Rule the licence has been cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>     In view of the above submission, nothing further needs to be<\/p>\n<p>done in the writ petition.
