Parwati Devi, Wife of Upendar Yadav\n               All are resident of village-Gamharia, P.S.-Jadopur, District-\n               Goaplganj.                      ...............Petitioners.\n\n                                     Versus\n               The State of Bihar                   ................Opposite Party.\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/-   06.07.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel appearing for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The      Petitioners    apprehend   their   arrest   in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2011 (G.R. No.<\/p>\n<p>                   428 of 2011) registered for the offence under sections 366A,<\/p>\n<p>                   120(B), 34 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             As per the prosecution case the daughter of the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant aged about 16 years studying in Ram Ratan<\/p>\n<p>                   Shahi High School was enticed away by the accused<\/p>\n<p>                   persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                             It appears from the perusal of the F.I.R. itself that<\/p>\n<p>                   the victim, who is said to be minor, was frequently in touch<\/p>\n<p>                   with co-accused Guli @ Amresh yadav.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                   prosecution has not come with clean hands. He has<\/p>\n<p>                   brought on record the voter list of 2010, in which age of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is mentioned as 22 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for petitioners submits that Nitu<\/p>\n<p>                   Kumari, daughter of the informant eloped with Guli @<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            Amresh Yadav with whom she has fallen in love. The<\/p>\n<p>            petitioner submits that petitioner no. 1 is uncle whereas<\/p>\n<p>            petitioner Nos. 2 &amp; 3 is mother and Aunt respectively of<\/p>\n<p>            said Guli @ Amresh Yadav.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer<\/p>\n<p>            for bail and submits that since the victim was minor the<\/p>\n<p>            ingredients of Section 366A would be attracted.<\/p>\n<p>                      Taking       into   consideration   the   submissions<\/p>\n<p>            advanced on behalf of the parties as also the fact that<\/p>\n<p>            though the occurrence took place on 16.2.2011, the matter<\/p>\n<p>            was reported to the police on 24.2.2011 let petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>            namely Rameshwar Yadav, Basmati Devi &amp; Parwati Devi in<\/p>\n<p>            the event of their arrest at the hands of police or surrender<\/p>\n<p>            before the Court below, be released on bail in connection<\/p>\n<p>            with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2011 (G.R.
