Learned Public Prosecutor        submitted that no crime is<\/p>\n<p>registered against the petitioners and they are not required for arrest<\/p>\n<p>in connection with any non-bailable offence, but notice was given to<\/p>\n<p>them for making enquiry in connection with a petition filed by first<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s  wife.   These submissions are recorded.        In the above<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, I direct the 2nd respondent           to give notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   whenever       they     are required for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation in connection with any enquiry or investigation.<\/p>\n<p>            Petition is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    K.
