This is first offence of the petitioner u\/S.379 IPC, which is triable by the Magistrate of Ist Class. There is no other criminal case pending against the petitioner. Investigation is almost complete. Petitioner is a student of I.T.I.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. However, he could not dispute the correctness of the factual submissions made above.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHaving regard to the facts aforesaid and considering all other facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn the result, this bail application u\/S.439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner  Ramjilal S\/o Shri Ramphool shall be released on bail in FIR No.227\/2010 P.S.
