JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 11\/05\/2011  \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\napplication has been filed with the following prayers :\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS be pleased to allow this Civil Application in the interest<br \/>\nof justice;\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS be pleased to fix the earliest date of hearing of Special<br \/>\nCivil Application No.24112 of 2007 or in alternate prepond the date<br \/>\nof final hearing of the Special Civil Application No.24112 of 2007 as<br \/>\nmay be deem fit by this Hon&#8217;ble Court in the interest of justice and<br \/>\nequity;\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS be pleased to grant such other and further reliefs as<br \/>\ndeemed fit in the interest of Justice and equity;&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr.Asit<br \/>\nB. Joshi, learned advocate for Mr.P.M.Dave, learned counsel for the<br \/>\napplicant (original petitioner) submits that Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.24112\/2007 has been fixed for final hearing on<br \/>\n2.8.2011.
