No.30327 of 2011\n                            Rakesh Kumar son of Ghanshyam Das\n                                           Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   29.09.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner is named accused in this case being<\/p>\n<p>                  owner of one Maheshwari Sweets from where Tulsi Brand<\/p>\n<p>                  vanaspati was seized and sent for examination, analysis<\/p>\n<p>                  report is that the sample of vanaspati does not conform to<\/p>\n<p>                  the prescribed standard due to higher free fatty acid so it is<\/p>\n<p>                  adulterated, it does not indicate that it dangerous to life.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts and circumstances, in the<\/p>\n<p>                  event of his arrest\/ surrender before the Court below within<\/p>\n<p>                  four weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                  bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>                  only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Case<\/p>\n<p>                  No. B-III-9\/2010, subject to condition laid down under<\/p>\n<p>                  Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code<\/p>\n<p>                  with additional condition to remain physically present<\/p>\n<p>                  before the Court below on each and every date at least for<\/p>\n<p>                  two years of till disposal of the case, whichever, is earlier, in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         case of failure on two consecutive dates, without giving any<\/p>\n<p>         reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed<\/p>\n<p>         to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                (Akhilesh Chandra, J.)<\/p>\n<p>Saif\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Rakesh Kumar vs The State Of Bihar on 29 September, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
