Petitioner\/s<br \/>\n                                                     Versus\n<\/p>\n<p>                     1. The State of Bihar\n<\/p>\n<p>                     2. Shobha Devi<br \/>\n                                                                   &#8230;. &#8230;. Opposite Party\/s<br \/>\n6     13-10-2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Two instances are shown of causing assault. In the<\/p>\n<p>                     first instance, informant&#8217;s niece was assaulted, thereafter<\/p>\n<p>                     informant and other family members went to her matrimonial<\/p>\n<p>                     home where others were also assaulted including informant&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                     niece. No doubt, cause for doing so is shown demand of a<\/p>\n<p>                     motorcycle. If that is connected with both the instances, appears<\/p>\n<p>                     not sufficient to refuse the anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                   In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 07 of 2010 above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                     of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Chapra subject to the conditions<\/p>\n<p>                     as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
