2\/      18.03.2011            Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n
                                 The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 341,<\/p>\n
                     324, 307\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n
                                 The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on<\/p>\n
                     28.09.2010 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after four<\/p>\n
                     months.\n<\/p>\n
                                 The informant alleged that one of two motorcycles borne<\/p>\n
                     miscreants fired at him.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the<\/p>\n
                     injury was grievous but it was on the right fore-arm. Learned counsel<\/p>\n
                     for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for more than one<\/p>\n
                     year and four months.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.<\/p>\n
                                 In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed<\/p>\n
                     to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five<\/p>\n
                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n
                     of Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.-IV, Bettiah, West<\/p>\n
                     Champaran in connection with Chanpatia P.S. case no.17 of 2009 (S.T.<\/p>\n
                     No. 187 of 2010), with the condition that he will not physically absent<\/p>\n
                     for two consecutive dates at stretch, till three witnesses are examined.<\/p>\n
