Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?\n2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?\n3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n
             The present petition has been filed against the orders
\nAnnexures P-7,P-8, P-9,P-10 and P-11 whereby the petitioners have been
\ncalled upon to show cause why they should not be reverted to the post of
\nGas Man.\n<\/p>\n
               In the circumstances the petition is liable to be dismissed as
\nbeing pre-mature. However, in view of the facts brought out in the petition
\nI consider it in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.2 to treat this
\npetition as the reply of the petitioners to the impugned show cause notices
\nand to pass a speaking order thereon. In the event that the stand of the
\npetitioners is not accepted and orders of their reversion are passed, the same
\nwill be kept in abeyance for a period of one week after communication to
\nthe petitioners.\n<\/p>\n
             With these observations this writ petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n
