Justice C.K.ABDUL REHIM\n\n Dated :01\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                          C.K.ABDUL REHIM, J\n                   ---------------------------\n                     W.P(C) No.24484 of 2010-I\n                  ----------------------------\n               Dated this the 1st day of October, 2010.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Mr.M.R.Sudheendran, learned counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner made a submission before this Court on 15.9.2010 that,<\/p>\n<p>he is relinquishing vakalath on behalf of the petitioner and a notice<\/p>\n<p>had already been sent to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>       Today when the case was taken up Mr.james Abraham,<\/p>\n<p>representing Mr.M.R.Sudheendran sought for an adjournment on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the petitioner.
