SHAH)<\/p>\n<p>\tSince<br \/>\nthe learned Single Judge has merely relegated the appellants to avail<br \/>\nof the alternative remedy before the Appellate Tribunal, we see no<br \/>\nreason to interfere with the order under appeal. If the appellants<br \/>\nmove the Appellate Tribunal within one week from today, we are sure<br \/>\nthat the Appellate Tribunal will consider the appellants&#8217; application<br \/>\nfor stay expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWe<br \/>\nmay not be treated to have expressed any opinion on the merits of the<br \/>\ncontentions raised in the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSubject<br \/>\nto the above observations, the appeal is dismissed.
