SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  W.P.(C)No. 28796 of 2009\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          Dated this the 9th day of February, 2011\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This writ petition comes up in the defects list today.<\/p>\n<p>The defect is that, the petitioner has not taken steps to<\/p>\n<p>serve notice on the 3rd respondent by special messenger as<\/p>\n<p>directed by this court as early as on 13.10.2009.                     The<\/p>\n<p>matter again came up before the court on 19.10.2009 and<\/p>\n<p>this court granted time to take steps.                    Even then the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner did not take steps. The matter was posted before<\/p>\n<p>the Registrar (Judicial) for defects on 04.02.2011, on which<\/p>\n<p>date there was no representation for the petitioner. That is<\/p>\n<p>why the matter is posted in the defects list today. When the<\/p>\n<p>matter was taken up, the counsel for the petitioner again<\/p>\n<p>seeks time. I am not inclined to grant any further time.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed for non-<\/p>\n<p>prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 Sd\/-<\/p>\n<pre>\n                                                            S.
