Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :13\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J\n            --------------------------------------------------\n                W.P.(C) No.8151 of 2009\n           ---------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 13th day of March, 2009\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner retired from the service as Deputy<\/p>\n<p>Conservator of Forests on 30.1.2005. He had approached this<\/p>\n<p>Court earlier by filing W.P.(C) No.10449 of 2008 seeking for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the respondents to disburse the pensionary benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, by Ext.P3 order, an amount of Rs.2,80,000\/- was<\/p>\n<p>admitted as DCRG and an amount of Rs.2,21,045\/- was<\/p>\n<p>quantified as petitioner&#8217;s liabilities to the Government. He<\/p>\n<p>submitted a representation contesting the fixation of liability as<\/p>\n<p>per Ext.P4, which is still pending. So far the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>has not taken any action on it.
