No.24657 of 2011\n\n                  Jagar Nath Chandravanshi, Son of Late Ramrati Ram @ Ram Rate\n                  Chandravanshi, resident of village-Mustafapur, P.S.-Manikpur (Surajgarha),\n                  District-Lakhisarai.                                ........Petitioner.\n                                          Versus\n                  The State of Bihar                           ..............Opp. Party.\n\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   27.07.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                       counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is submitted that save and except Section 353 of the<\/p>\n<p>                       Indian Penal Code other offences under which the F.I.R. has been<\/p>\n<p>                       registered are bailable.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The allegation is of creating objection while election<\/p>\n<p>                       for Panchayat was going on. It is submitted that mother of the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner was a candidate for the post of Mukhiya and since there<\/p>\n<p>                       was a rumour that the booth was being captured, petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                       others went there and protested against the same and that is why<\/p>\n<p>                       the present case has been registered.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                       grant of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                       circumstances, let the petitioner, namely Jagar Nath Chandravanshi<\/p>\n<p>                       in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                       a period of four weeks from the date of receipt\/communication of<\/p>\n<p>                       this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                       5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai<\/p>\n<p>          in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S.
