Mr. Bhawesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the MADA<\/p>\n<p>      submits that a cheque bearing no.002157 dated 11.8.2011 of Rs.3,00,000\/- is<\/p>\n<p>      being paid in the Court to the counsel appearing for the petitioner.
