No.34539 of 2010\n                                RAJESH KUMAR SINGH\n                                      Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      22.02.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner along with others is alleged for taking away<\/p>\n<p>                     pumping set machine of the informant on the point of pistol. Theft<\/p>\n<p>                     of the machine is doubted with submission that final form was<\/p>\n<p>                     submitted, accused named by the informant are not named by one of<\/p>\n<p>                     the   victims   viz.     Nandu   accompanying     informant.   Further,<\/p>\n<p>                     submission is that there was dispute in between the informant and<\/p>\n<p>                     co-accused, Pankaj Kumar on the point of irrigation of their fields.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Sabour (Lodipur) P.S. Case No. 342 of 2005 above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                     Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                     conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
