No.1284 of 2011\n                                      VIDYA YADAV\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   22.02.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                 Case No. 673 of 1997 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                 159 of 1995 registered under sections-341, 323, 354,307\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                 the of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          It would appear from perusal of the impugned order<\/p>\n<p>                 that the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 22.08.2009<\/p>\n<p>                 and, subsequently, he was arrested on 24.09.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                          The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                 that the petitioner is a railway employee and as a matter of fact,<\/p>\n<p>                 he had been attending the court since the year, 1995. When the<\/p>\n<p>                 evidence of the prosecution concluded, he went to his service<\/p>\n<p>                 place after entrusting pairvi to his clerk but unfortunately, the<\/p>\n<p>                 aforesaid clerk did not inform the petitioner about the<\/p>\n<p>                 cancellation of his bail bonds.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                 well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner, namely, Vidya<\/p>\n<p>                 Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                 of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        amount each in connection with Sessions Case No. 673 of<\/p>\n<p>        1997 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 159 of 1995 to the<\/p>\n<p>        satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai.<\/p>\n<p>                 Since the prosecution evidence has already been<\/p>\n<p>        completed, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai is<\/p>\n<p>        directed to dispose of the above-said Sessions Case No. 673 of<\/p>\n<p>        1997 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S.
