The trial Court while<br \/>\nconsidering the application for appointment of Court Commissioner,<br \/>\nhas considered the evidence as well as the documents on record and<br \/>\naccordingly rejected the same. The trial Court has discussed the<br \/>\nposition that though the suit was filed in the year 2008, the<br \/>\napplication was filed in September 2009, and no explanation was given<br \/>\nfor the delay. The Trial Court has given cogent and convincing<br \/>\nreasons to reject the application. Learned Counsel for the petitioner<br \/>\nis not in a position to point out anything from the record to take a<br \/>\ndifferent view of the matter.
