No.20893 of 2011\n                               Rajeev Kumar\n                                    Versus\n                              The State Of Bihar\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   19\/07\/2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioner is named accused in this complaint case being<\/p>\n<p>                     husband of the complainant has also filed an application under Section<\/p>\n<p>                     9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking restitution of conjugal rights.<\/p>\n<p>                     And to further, strengthen his intention, also ready to pay a sum of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     1,000\/- (One Thousand) per month by way of interim maintenance to<\/p>\n<p>                     the complainant, subject to any order on the point by the competent<\/p>\n<p>                     authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     subject to filing an application before the court below stating such<\/p>\n<p>                     intention as stated above in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>                     court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Rajeev<\/p>\n<p>                     Kumar, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur,<\/p>\n<p>                     in connection with Complaint Case No. 1044 of 2010, Tr.
