Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :20\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                               ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                ------------------------------------\n\n                             W.P.(C) 5987  of  2008\n\n               -------------------------------------\n\n                           Dated: February 20, 2008\n\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The   petitioner   against   whom   securitization   proceedings   have<\/p>\n<p>been  initiated   has   filed     this   writ  petition   challenging  the   same.     I<\/p>\n<p>notice that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(C) 33992\/07 and that<\/p>\n<p>case   was   disposed   of   by   Ext.P6   judgment     granting   instalment<\/p>\n<p>facility.  Admittedly no payment has been made as directed and that<\/p>\n<p>the bank continued action as directed in the judgment and this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.
