Petitioner is elder brother in-law of<\/p>\n<p>                      the deceased. There is vague allegation even without naming<\/p>\n<p>                      accused persons separately about causing of torture upon the<\/p>\n<p>                      deceased, but one month earlier to her death, she (deceased)<\/p>\n<p>                      was sent with her husband to her matrimonial home.<\/p>\n<p>                      Petitioner has least concern with affair of the deceased with<\/p>\n<p>                      her husband and he remained in custody since 21.5.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Accordingly, let the above named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                      (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad<\/p>\n<p>                      in connection with Parasbigha P. S.
