If<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   has   moved   appropriate   application   before   the<\/p>\n<p>competent among the respondents for identifying the boundary,<\/p>\n<p>that   could   be   done   in   terms   of   the   Survey   and   Boundaries   Act<\/p>\n<p>and Rules.  Let that be done within a period of two months from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
