This is an order passed<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to Ext.P6 judgment of this court. Admittedly Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>was issued as early as on 10.3.2008 and it is now informed<\/p>\n<p>that on the basis of Ext.P7 the contractor has already resumed<\/p>\n<p>the work. I do not therefore think that, at this distance of<\/p>\n<p>time, the petitioner should be permitted to challenge Ext.P7.<\/p>\n<p>     For reasons of delay and laches, the challenge against<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7 is rejected, I decline the jurisdiction.
