RAVINDRAN, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>                   W.P.(C) No. 29313 of 2009 &#8211; H\n<\/p>\n<p>                  &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Dated 19th November, 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Judgment<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner purchased a parcel of land, 3 acres and 40 cents in<\/p>\n<p>extent,  situated   in   Survey      No.    1\/1    of   Chinnakanal village,<\/p>\n<p>Udumbanchola Taluk by the original of Ext.P1 sale deed. He thereafter<\/p>\n<p>moved the fourth respondent Tahsildar through the fifth respondent<\/p>\n<p>Village Officer to effect mutation in the revenue records.           When<\/p>\n<p>mutation was not effected, he submitted Ext.P3 representation before<\/p>\n<p>the fourth respondent requesting him to effect mutation in the revenue<\/p>\n<p>records. This writ petition was thereafter filed on the very next day<\/p>\n<p>seeking a direction to the respondents to effect transfer of registry.<\/p>\n<p>      2.  Sri.M.P.Sreekrishnan,      the    learned     Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>appearing for the respondents submits that the fourth respondent<\/p>\n<p>Tahsildar will consider the petitioner&#8217;s application for transfer of<\/p>\n<p>registry and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously. He submits<\/p>\n<p>that if any more information is required from the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>Tahsildar will issue notice to him, give him an opportunity to furnish<\/p>\n<p>the information or clarification, if any.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No.29313\/2009             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      In the light of the said submission, I dispose of this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>representation and also the application for transfer of registry<\/p>\n<p>submitted by the petitioner before the fifth respondent and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon expeditiously and in any event, within two months from the<\/p>\n<p>date on which the petitioner produces a certified copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>before the fourth respondent. The fifth respondent Village Officer shall<\/p>\n<p>forward the original of the petitioner&#8217;s application for transfer of<\/p>\n<p>registry with his remarks and connected papers to the fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent within two weeks from the on which the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>produces a certified copy of this judgment before him.<\/p>\n<p>                                              P.N.
