Rathore, Public Prosecutor for State.\n******\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tHeard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant documents placed before me.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tContention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that this is the first offence of the petitioner and except the present one, no other criminal case is pending against the petitioner. He is in jail for quite some time and trial is likely to take a long.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tConsidering the submissions made at the bar, the nature of accusation, the materials on record and all other facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn the result, this bail application u\/S.439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Ramesh Singh @ Guddu S\/o Prabhu Singh shall be released on bail in FIR No.224\/2010 P.S.
