In this regard, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has filed Ext.P6 representation before the 2nd respondent. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P6 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
