No.10864 of 2011\n                                  SHEETAL KUMAR\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   25.04.2011             Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The    petitioner   being   the   husband   is<\/p>\n<p>                 apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which<\/p>\n<p>                 cognizance has been taken under Sections 379, 323 and<\/p>\n<p>                 498A\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3\/4 of<\/p>\n<p>                 the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Though, it is submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the petitioner that he is ready to keep the<\/p>\n<p>                 complainant as wife with full dignity and honour, but,<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the complainant submits that due to<\/p>\n<p>                 ill treatment of the husband, the complainant is not<\/p>\n<p>                 ready to go to her matrimonial house.<\/p>\n<p>                           In the circumstances, let the petitioner make<\/p>\n<p>                 payment of Rs. 2,000\/- per month to the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                 from June, 2011 by second week of every month by<\/p>\n<p>                 depositing the same in the account of the complainant.<\/p>\n<p>                           The petitioner will supply the order of this<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             Court to the complainant when the complainant will<\/p>\n<p>             supply the bank account number to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>             within a period of two weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The aforesaid payment will be subject to any<\/p>\n<p>             order being in the matrimonial or maintenance<\/p>\n<p>             proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>             named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in<\/p>\n<p>             the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>             Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,<\/p>\n<p>             on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>             with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>             satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial<\/p>\n<p>             Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint<\/p>\n<p>             Case No. 1145\/2009, subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>             down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)<br \/>\nAmrendra\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Sheetal Kumar vs The State Of Bihar on 25 April, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
