Heard.\n\n                               The     case    is   under    Section       302     and\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                    other Sections of the IPC and the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    is not named in the FIR. There is no room for<\/p>\n<p>                    addition      of    any    further      names    and    from     a<\/p>\n<p>                    order passed in Cr.Misc.No.26404 of 2010 it<\/p>\n<p>                    is    found      that     the    deceased        had    made    a<\/p>\n<p>                    statement        alleging       that    she      was    injured<\/p>\n<p>                    accidentally.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Regard being had to the above facts<\/p>\n<p>                    and    circumstances,           let     the     above     named<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner         be     released      from     custody        on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bond of Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                    with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                    the     satisfaction             of      Chief         Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate,        Vaishali     at     Hajipur    in    Jandaha<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S.case No.54 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBrajesh Kr.
