It was stated at the bar that out of all<br \/>\nthe respondent-workmen concerned, all but two workmen have<br \/>\npractically settled their dispute with the appellant and the appeal<br \/>\nsurvives only for respondent No.1 (iii) Shantilal Gordhan and<br \/>\nrespondent No.1 (viii) Keshu Vija. Learned counsel Mr.Bhushan Oza,<br \/>\nwho appeared for these two workmen, stated that they have taken the<br \/>\npapers of the matters from him and he is not in receipt of any<br \/>\ninstructions from them thereafter. Therefore, he is not in a position<br \/>\nto assist the court and represent those two workmen. Under the<br \/>\ncircumstances, office is directed to issue NOTICE<br \/>\nfor final hearing of the appeal to  the aforesaid two workmen making<br \/>\nit returnable on 10.05.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>The correct current addresses of the aforesaid two respondents being<br \/>\nnot available on record, the appellant is directed to serve them<br \/>\ndirectly.
