It is submitted that in view of the decision of this court in<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1305317\/\">Reliance Infocom Ltd. v. Chemmanchery Grama Panchayat,<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2006 (4) KLT 695 the petitioner cannot have any grievance.
