Petitioner faces<\/p>\n<p>allegations for offences punishable, inter alia, under Section<\/p>\n<p>468 IPC. The petitioner is the 2nd accused.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The    learned       Public       Prosecutor,        after taking<\/p>\n<p>instructions, submits that the investigation has revealed that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has not committed any offence and he need not<\/p>\n<p>be arrested. The learned Public Prosecutor stipulates that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall not be arrested as an accused in this crime as<\/p>\n<p>apprehended by him.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   The apprehension of the petitioner is, in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, found to be without any merit.
