Learned    counsel    for    the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 files   supplementary   affidavit       through     which<\/p>\n<p>                 he has brought on record certified copy of<\/p>\n<p>                 the order sheet of the court of Shri Chhedi<\/p>\n<p>                 Ram,    Judicial    Magistrate,       Buxar.   It    was<\/p>\n<p>                 submitted by Shri Raj Kumar, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 appearing on behalf of the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>                 earlier he was incorrectly instructed on the<\/p>\n<p>                 point   that   co-accused     was    acquitted.     After<\/p>\n<p>                 perusal of the order sheet, he came to know<\/p>\n<p>                 that proceeding in respect of co-accused is<\/p>\n<p>                 still    pending.     Keep      the     supplementary<\/p>\n<p>                 affidavit on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          However, after some argument, learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel for the petitioner seeks permission<\/p>\n<p>                 to withdraw this application with liberty to<\/p>\n<p>                 raise all the points, which have been raised<\/p>\n<p>                 in the present case or any other point, if<\/p>\n<p>                 available at appropriate stage i.e. at the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        stage of trial.
