Pursuant to interim order dated 17-8-2005<\/p>\n<p>gratuity has been disbursed to the petitioner after withholding an<\/p>\n<p>amount of Rs.20,575\/-. In the statement filed on behalf of the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent it is stated that the first respondent had already requested<\/p>\n<p>the Government to drop the recovery proceedings initiated against the<\/p>\n<p>officers including the petitioner.
