Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :13\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                               KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n\n                   ----------------------------------------------\n\n                        W.P.(C) No.31961 of 2003\n\n                   ----------------------------------------------\n\n                      Dated 13th    December,  2006.\n\n\n                                  J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Petitioner   approached   this   Court   aggrieved   by   Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>order passed by the Human Rights Commission and Ext.P6 notice<\/p>\n<p>issued by the Municipality.  On 16.12.2004, this Court passed the<\/p>\n<p>following order :-\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             &#8220;Heard.     The   petitioner   can   continue   to   run   his   workshop   only<\/p>\n<p>             after   getting   consent   from   the   2nd  respondent.     The   petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>             application for  the same  shall be considered  and disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>             the 2nd  respondent within one month.   Since, already there is an<\/p>\n<p>             interim order, the same shall remain in force for a period of one<\/p>\n<p>             month   from   today.
