ZAHOOR\n                                  Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/   21.04.2011                Heard     learned           Counsel    for   the<\/p>\n<p>                    appellant and learned Counsel for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The appellant has prayed for bail and<\/p>\n<p>                    it has been submitted that the appellant was<\/p>\n<p>                    elder brother of the husband of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>                    The death was after two months of injury and<\/p>\n<p>                    it was on account of septicemia. It has also<\/p>\n<p>                    been    submitted      that       the     doctor   has   not<\/p>\n<p>                    mentioned about the presence of Kerosene Oil<\/p>\n<p>                    over the body.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                As per    allegation and evidence,            it<\/p>\n<p>                    appears that the victim was a lady of 20 years<\/p>\n<p>                    and was caught by her husband and in that very<\/p>\n<p>                    position this appellant has ignited the match<\/p>\n<p>                    stick which caused the ultimate harm leading<\/p>\n<p>                    to her death.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering            the        facts      and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances of the case, we are not inclined<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            to grant bail to the above named appellant.<\/p>\n<p>                        Accordingly, his prayer for bail is<\/p>\n<p>            rejected.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                          (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)<\/p>\n<p>kksinha\/-                      (Gopal Prasad, J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Md.
