The Tahsildar, Kothamangalam and the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner are also present. Learned Government Pleader has brought<\/p>\n<p>to our notice G.O(Rt).No.3503\/09\/RD dated 26.09.2009 whereby the<\/p>\n<p>Government has decided to set apart 2.2 ares from the road starting<\/p>\n<p>from the south-west corner of the polytechnic passing through the<\/p>\n<p>western side of the property leading to the canal bund, instead of 24.2<\/p>\n<p>ares of land as indicated in G.O(Rt).No.1783\/84\/RD dated 12.11.84<\/p>\n<p>modifying the said G.O. to that extent.
