(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Learned      counsel      for     the   petitioner   seeks<\/p>\n<p>permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move<\/p>\n<p>fresh application seeking appointment on the post of<\/p>\n<p>Lambardar. The only apprehension shown by the learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner is that his candidature may not be<\/p>\n<p>considered along with the other candidates who may apply<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to the fresh munadi.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP No.3682 of 2011                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with<\/p>\n<p>liberty to the petitioner to move fresh application seeking<\/p>\n<p>appointment on the post of Lambardar pursuant to the fresh<\/p>\n<p>munadi.
