The order releasing the applicant on bail was<br \/>\npassed on 26.7.2002 and it seems that till now, no untoward incident<br \/>\nhas taken place. Further, the applicant is asking for release of<br \/>\npassport to go on a religious tour.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the applicant is permitted to go for religious<br \/>\ntour for a period of one month from the date of release of the<br \/>\npassport. The PSO, Wadi Polilce Station, Vadodara shall hand over the<br \/>\npassport to the applicant on the following terms and conditions :\n<\/p>\n<p>That<br \/>\n\the shall deposit Rs. 10,000\/- in cash before the P.S.O., Wadi Police<br \/>\n\tStation and he shall also give surety of like amount.\n<\/p>\n<p>That<br \/>\n\the shall on completion of the tour return to India and surrender the<br \/>\n\tpassport back with the P.S.O., Wadi Police Station on or before 8th<br \/>\n\tAugust, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>On<br \/>\n\tthe applicant surrendering the passport, the P.S.O., Wadi Police<br \/>\n\tStation shall return the amount of Rs.10,000\/- deposited by the<br \/>\n\tapplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tThis<br \/>\napplication is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
