Respondent no.1 shall stand deleted.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\npresent application is for condonation of delay of 44 days in<br \/>\npreferring appeal against the judgment and the award passed by the<br \/>\nTribunal in M.A.C.P. No. 27 of 1991.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tRespondent<br \/>\nno.2 is served. None appears on his behalf. For respondent no.3, Mr.<br \/>\nMehta appears.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the<br \/>\napplication for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.<br \/>\nHence, delay deserves to be condoned and therefore condoned.<br \/>\nApplication is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
