At this stage of the hearing of the Civil Revision Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that he is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition. However, he had submitted that a direction may be issued by this Court to the learned Judge, Principal Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of I.A.No.2699 of 2009, in O.P.No.1325 of 2009, at an early date.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for this Court, passing such an order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the learned Judge, Principal Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2699 of 2009, in O.P.No.1325 of 2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks  from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.<br \/>\n\t\tWith the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs.
