Accordingly,<br \/>\npermission was granted by this Court and aforesaid matter has been<br \/>\nreceived by this Court from the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned Advocate Mr.Shalin N. Mehta for learned Advocate Ms. Viraj S.<br \/>\nFojdar for petitioner and Ms. Jirga Jhaveri, learned AGP for<br \/>\nrespondent State Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIssue<br \/>\nnotice to respondents returnable on 17.9.2010. Meanwhile, ad interim<br \/>\nrelief in terms of para 24(D) till 17.9.2010 is granted on a<br \/>\ncondition that petitioner  must have to<br \/>\ndeposit remaining amount of rent with effect from 1st<br \/>\nMarch, 2008 till 31st<br \/>\nAugust, 2010 before Registry of this Court on or before 17.9.2010,<br \/>\nafter adjusting amount of rent which has already been paid and<br \/>\naccepted by respondent authority. This ad interim order has been<br \/>\npassed by this Court without prejudice to rights and contentions of<br \/>\nboth parties.
