M. SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p>\t\tWe<\/a><br \/>\nhave heard Mr.Kamal B.Trivedi, learned Advocate General appearing for<br \/>\nthe respondents. He has informed the Court that in the affidavit, it<br \/>\nhas been mentioned that steps are being taken for framing the policy<br \/>\nwith regard to compassionate appointment and the file is lying at<br \/>\npresent with the State Minister for Finance and he hopes that within<br \/>\na month or two, final decision will be taken. Therefore, we adjourn<br \/>\nthe matter so that the Government may come out with new policy<br \/>\ndecision. The learned Advocate General to produce new policy before<br \/>\nthe Court.
