Kodekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives the<br \/>\n\tservice of notice of rule on behalf of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>At<br \/>\n\tthe request of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\n\trespective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case,<br \/>\n\tpresent application is taken up for final hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>Present<br \/>\n\tapplication  has been preferred by the applicant &#8211; original<br \/>\n\tpetitioner  to restore the main petition being Special Criminal<br \/>\n\tApplication No.2497 of 2010, which came to be dismissed for<br \/>\n\tnon-prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>Having<br \/>\n\theard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective<br \/>\n\tparties and considering the averments made in the application and<br \/>\n\tsubject to payment of cost, which is quantified at Rs.1500=00 to be<br \/>\n\tdeposited by the applicant herein with the Registry of this Court<br \/>\n\twithin a period of two weeks from today, present application is<br \/>\n\tallowed and Special Criminal Application No.2497 of 2010 is hereby<br \/>\n\trestored to file. On deposit of the aforesaid amount of cost, the<br \/>\n\tRegistry is directed to transmit the same to the Gujarat High Court<br \/>\n\tLegal Services Committee.
