No.10896 of 2011\n                                NIRAJ KUMAR\n                                      Versus\n                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   13.04.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Allegedly, one looted mobile set is said to have been<\/p>\n<p>                     recovered from possession of the petitioner but the contention of<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel for the petitioner is that the seized mobile does not<\/p>\n<p>                     tally with the stolen mobile.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10, 000\/- (Ten<\/p>\n<p>                     Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur<\/p>\n<p>                     Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.
