No.13101 of 2011\n                                       ANJANI RAI\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5    21.6.2011             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                           Four unknown persons took the informant<\/p>\n<p>                 in a building and his Tata Indica Car was taken<\/p>\n<p>                 away    from     Zero    Mile     Patna       which    later       was<\/p>\n<p>                 recovered      found     abandoned.       The    submission         of<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the petitioner is that he<\/p>\n<p>                 has not been put on T.I. Parade and the material<\/p>\n<p>                 against    him    is     either   information          of    spy    or<\/p>\n<p>                 confession of co-accused. He remained in custody<\/p>\n<p>                 since 13.9.2010.
