RTI\/LDH\/2008-09\/04\/221 dated 17\/06\/2008.\n\nReply of PIO:\nReply in respect of your application no. SPG\/2008\/3073 dated 25\/06\/2008 had already been provided to\nthe Complainant vide the office letter no. RTI\/LDH\/2008-09\/06\/633 dated 30\/07\/2008 (Copy enclosed).\nVide reply, the Complainant was requested to submit as how public interest were involved in disclosure of\nthe requested information. Moreover, the office had not demanded ` 49\/- from the Complainant.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nNot appealed.\n\nGround for the Complaint:\nIncomplete information provided by the PIO.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nComplainant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Rajnish Kumar Sanduja, APFC on behalf of Mr. D. P. Gupta, PIO &amp; RPFC-II;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Respondent shows that the RTI application of the Complainant of 19\/08\/2010 has not been<br \/>\nsigned by the Complainant.
