interest at 6% p.a.. from the dame of petition {ill the date of<\/p>\n
deposit. Being aggrieved V the S\u00a3iidjl.Idg1′}3\u20acI11 and award.<\/p>\n
and it has awarded only a sum of Rs.85.000\/– under
\nthe said head and the same is inadequate and it needs
\nto be enhanced. Having regard to the nat.u1’e of the<\/p>\n
injL1ries sustained, the nature and durat.ion.._of44″the<\/p>\n
treatment taken by the appellant, we  <\/p>\n
award a sum of Rs.4~0.000\/gym towa,1″ds—-.:pai:i <\/p>\n

‘:3tiid..dL:eVt:o’1h’e saroe. he has sustained permanent. disability<\/p>\n
gmd-he is iijnaiyie to execute his work as in the past. But<\/p>\n
 he has\ufb01not adduced any evidence of the doctor or<\/p>\n
 oro’diL1ced any evidence in that regard. Therefore, takirig<\/p>\n
into consideration the nature of the injuries sustained.<\/p>\n
nature and ciuratioii o\ufb01 the t:reatment taken by the<\/p>\n
