Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                    learned A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                    Sections 341, 324, 504 and 307\/34 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                    besides Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3\/4 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Explosive Substance Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    that there is no specific allegation of any overt act upon the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner in the First Information Report. The allegation of<\/p>\n<p>                    firing is upon one Ram Chander Mukhiya whereas the<\/p>\n<p>                    allegation of hurling bomb is upon the co-accused, Laxman<\/p>\n<p>                    Suitihar. At best, the petitioner can be said to be a member of<\/p>\n<p>                    an unlawful assembly. It has also been submitted that the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       petitioner is having clean antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>       the case, the petitioner, Parmod Mandal, is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>       released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>       (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>       each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Supaul, in connection<\/p>\n<p>       with Bhaptiahi P.S.
