No.2825\/2010-C\n                ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n           Dated this the 29th day of January, 2010\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The petitioners seek for a direction to the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent to complete the revaluation of the answer papers<\/p>\n<p>as sought for by them in Exts.P1 to P15(a) and communicate<\/p>\n<p>the results to them.\n<\/p>\n<p>    2.   They are students of Federal Institute of Science<\/p>\n<p>and Technology,   Angamaly  and  are  undergoing the  fifth<\/p>\n<p>semester of Master of Computer Application Course.      The<\/p>\n<p>results of the third semester examinations were published<\/p>\n<p>on 02\/12\/2009 and the petitioners submitted applications<\/p>\n<p>for revaluation on 14\/12\/2009.    It is pointed out in the<\/p>\n<p>writ  petition  that   the  campus   selection  by  various<\/p>\n<p>Multinational companies will be held during the end of<\/p>\n<p>February,  2010  and   therefore,  unless  the  revaluation<\/p>\n<p>results  are  published  the  petitioners  will be  put  to<\/p>\n<p>difficulties.\n<\/p>\n<p>    3.   Heard   the  learned   Standing  Counsel  for  the<\/p>\n<p>University.  It is submitted that sufficient time will be<\/p>\n<p>required to complete the process of revaluation.<\/p>\n<p>    4.   In the light of the urgency pointed out by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, there will be a direction to the respondents<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No.2825\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>to complete the process of revaluation and communicate the<\/p>\n<p>results thereof before the end of February, 2010.<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is disposed of as above.
